Auto Tech Centers, Inc. has treated me pretty good. My son-in-law is pretty sharp and he told me to go here, so I've seen them quite a bit. I'd been happy until the last time I took my truck in for service. But I didn't talk to them about my dissatisfaction, so I don't want to make it seem like it was all their fault. The truck is about 13 years old and there's some noise coming from the air conditioner, so I took it in for noise compression. They fixed some other problems, like the rattling heat shelf, but I don't think they took care of everything. I went to Auto Tech a second time and spoke to a different fella, who suspected a problem with the air compressor. Because I'd explained the problem to two different people, it probably just didn't get relayed properly. Depending on what I wanted done, I'd see them again. We just didn't communicate good.
