Feel safe leaving my car there 7/10/2014

I have been going with Auto Tech Centers for years. Kevin who works there is great. They are always flexible with the schedule, and their customer service skills are great. They are never rude, and they are always nice. They listen, too, and that's important to me. I feel that they are compassionate, and they understand that having your car done is always stressful. They are very accommodating as well. I feel safe leaving my car there. I feel like I'm leaving it with a family member. more

Better than average 7/9/2014

Auto Tech Centers, Inc. has treated me pretty good. My son-in-law is pretty sharp and he told me to go here, so I've seen them quite a bit. I'd been happy until the last time I took my truck in for service. But I didn't talk to them about my dissatisfaction, so I don't want to make it seem like it was all their fault. The truck is about 13 years old and there's some noise coming from the air conditioner, so I took it in for noise compression. They fixed some other problems, like the rattling heat shelf, but I don't think they took care of everything. I went to Auto Tech a second time and spoke to a different fella, who suspected a problem with the air compressor. Because I'd explained the problem to two different people, it probably just didn't get relayed properly. Depending on what I wanted done, I'd see them again. We just didn't communicate good. more

Auto Tech Centers tells you the truth. Someone else I took my car to said I needed my brakes worked on and when I went to Auto Tech, they told me I didn't need that. I trust them completely.. more

Excellent service at a fair price. A trustworthy auto center. 12/24/2013

I use Auto Tech Centers for a number of different auto needs from tires to repairs. They have always been fair with me, and they go out of their way to point things out that need immediate attention. They will also show me things that can wait, but they never try to upsell me on what I don't need. I've been going there for at least four years. I mostly deal with Mike and Chris, but the whole team is great. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why, and I appreciate that. They provide excellent work at a fair price. I truly trust their service and their recommendations. I have already recommended them to others, and I will continue to do so. more

Pretty awesome 12/19/2013

Auto Tech Centers has done pretty much everything for me. I worked next door to them for years so anything I needed, they did it for me. They were good at answering any questions I had which was pretty cool. more
