We boarded our two dogs there last year for 6 days while we went on vacation. While on vacation we called to check on the dogs. They always quickly replied "they're doing fine".\r However when we returned home to pick our dogs up, our 10 year old lab was visibly ill. He had lost nearly 10 lbs while we were away. The afternoon we brought him home he was vomiting large amounts, not to mention, both dogs were filthy beyond belief. How much must he have been vomiting to lose 10 lbs while we were gone and no one noticed!\r The next day we took him to our vet. Eventually two days later he was diagnosed with pancreatitis. It cost us over $2000.oo to restore him to health. This could have been brought under control much easier had they even bothered to notice that our pet was ill. \r The first thing my eight year old sons said when they saw him after vacation was "look how skinny and sick he looks."..While I do not blame them for the illness.
