Our stove went out less than a week after having twins. We went to Dick Van Dyke on the recommendation of my parent's and my brother who have shopped up north at the Bloomington location and always had good experiences there. At the Springfield location we worked with Greg, who was able to help us quickly find a GE stove that works great and stayed within our budget. He was also able to help us get it delivered and installed the next day by Mark, who also did a great job quickly and accurately installing our stove. The whole experience was extremely easy, which was much appreciated at such a hectic time.
