I have used Dick Van Dyke Appliance World many times over the last 15 years and have been very pleased with the service and product quality. This time there was an issue with the refrigerator. It was damaged and could not be delivered. Although frustrating for me, the staff was able to provide an upgraded model one day later. The DVD delivery crews were outstanding. They took their time to explain how to work the appliances and were very professional. And each delivery crew arrived on time. Matt and Rich delivered the washer/dryer and Brandon and Dwayne delivered the refrigerator. Great crews!
