Review content:
They sent a service repair man out to our home. It took approximately 8 days for them to fit us in. After the repairman came to our house to diagnose the problem, he put in a part order for us and said that someone would call to set up an appointment when the part was in. I waited another week before I decided to call back to see what the problem was. The woman on the phone stated that the part came in on Monday (3 days after our appointment. Not 7 days like I waited.) So my dryer sat there for an additional 4 days while no one called. They set me up with another appointment 6 days later. After the repairman "fixed" our dryer, he must have failed to test it. I went to go turn it on today for the first time and it will not turn on. $250 and still no fix. After 2 weeks of waiting around for them to get something fixed I'm forced to wait 5 more days before someone can come in and try to fix their "fix". HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES IF YOUR UNDERSTAFFED. BETTER YET, HIRE MORE QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES!
