My fiance and I just bought a washer and dryer from here at the location in bloomington. Andy was so wonderful he spent time making phone calls for us to ensure everything went smoothly since we reside in chillicothe and had originally looked at the champaign location. I feel he went above the average customer service experiences. We are also very pleased with our purchase it was the best deal for what we wanted and we checked (best buy, sears, home depot, &lowes). Plus we automaticly get backed by their extended warranty. As new home owners we will defintly be buying our appliances from Andy at Dick Van Dyke.
