Review content:
While installing my new washer and dryer the twisted the cold water valve and broke the pipe. This caused water to spray all over the room. The installers couldn't figure out how to shut off the main until my neighbor from across the street finally came over and pointed it out 1ft. from where the broken pipe was. Then they refused to pay for the repair because bit was a plumbing issue, even though they caused it.
