I had been a customer of Stephen W. Kent's Insurance Agency for over twenty years when I called the office to ask for a loan on my policy. I'm disabled and was broke. Stephen Kent offered cash instead, if I would allow myself to be photographed. I said no. The ensuing actions I endured were unprofessional, unethical and caused a long-term personal crisis for my family and I.\r \r My policy is with State Farm who informed me that they took my complaint about my agent's behavior seriously and that he has been officially warned. \r \r I take serious issue with the behavior I endured. I've since moved my insurance policy to a different agent, but I will never again walk into the door of a State Farm agency unless it is absolutely crucial to my policy. \r \r Stephen Kent never apologized to me or my family for his actions.\r \r I had trusted Stephen as my agent. I viewed him as an elder and sought out his advice over the years. I remain disappointed and truly stunned that a professional/friend wou
