I contacted Northside bc I was looking for a specific vehicle on a weekend. A member of the team emailed me almost immediately and let me know I would hear from Ryan on Monday which I did. He provided me with information via email continuously throughout the week, and worked with me and my boyfriend to find the car and financing that we wanted. He and the sales manager worked really hard to make it possible and smooth for us to complete the transaction over the weekend late in the day on Saturday...they had everything ready for us and took the time to make sure everything was explained and just right for our situation, helping us work around our family's needs and working with the very limited time we had. We appreciate their professionalism and service very much!!
