Searched for “Termite Damage, Richardson” on Google and found New Era Remodeling & Repairs. David, the owner, came by the next day and assessed the damage done by the termite and gave us an estimate. We liked him from the beginning because he presented himself professionally. He explained what had happened and how the termites were attracted to our house. His estimate seemed very fair and reasonable so we hired him right away. He did a great job. He repaired the damages done to the walls and the hardwood floors. He and his team worked on repairing our porch as well. Once jobs were finished within 4 days, we asked him to seal the rusted tension cable tips all around our slab plus some other minor carpentry work. He performed above and beyond our expectations. We enjoyed having him in our home and are planning to have him come back and do some interior painting as well as we are thinking about putting our house on the market for sale. We recommend him to anyone who is in need of a good contractor as he and his team can do variety of home improvement tasks.
