I've only used Alarm Grid for a month but I'm thrilled with the support I've had from the company. This is my first alarm system and I wanted to set up and install my own system . I'm very particular and wanted a neat and tidy installation and the ability to modify it without having to get someone out. After a lot of research I went with the Lynx 7000 system. Installation was very easy. I'm a software engineer so configuring the system was easy helped by the videos posted by Sterling on the Alarm Grid site that were excellent source of confirmation. The initial configuration was a painless experience with Alarm Grid talking me through it step by step such as adding users passwords, codes etc to the system.
I've received fantastic support from Alarm Grid with very detailed prompt responses to all my questions.
