Review content:
I had my daughter meet the movers in New Jersey, and there was some complications as the movers were picking up my stuff from a storeage unit, which apparently the lock was broken into and my daughter had difficulty getting assistance from the storage facility. Although it took some time to get straightened out, the two movers waited patiently and did not put any added stress on my daughter as she was dealing with a lot. Once they gained access to the unit, the move went quickly and smoothly. My items were delived within the time frame that they said they would be there. I was notifed every step of the way and received a call 24 hours prior to the deliver date as well as calls to update me throughout the day prior to them delivering my furniture to advise me of the time in which they hoped to deliver my furniture. On the day of deliver they were there on time, they were polite, coutious friendly and very professional. My items were wrapped and protected and they put everything were I had asked them to. They removed the wrappings from the furniture that they wrapped.
Overall I would have to say it was a very easy move considering it was going cross country and also that I was not at the pick up site and had to rely on my daughter it went very well.
I would definately recommend Colonial Van Lines to anyone who needs movers.
