I hired Michael Schafer to sell my house and he sold it in six days. He was very knowledgeable about the market and priced the home perfectly. Lots of potential buyers went through the home and after six days we had several offers. He had specific strategies for picking the best offer that was most likely to close and I received above asking price. It was so much easier than I expected because Michael made it that way. Be careful hiring this guy and the findwell team to sell your home...you'll end up homeless before you know it.
