I am so glad that I found out about this dealership BEFORE I bought a vehicle with them. I went in today (10-1-14) to trade in my 1 year old Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for a new one they had built up with a lift and big tires. I walked between 3 different Wranglers for over 15 minutes (not exaggerating) and not ONE sales person approached me to see if I needed help. I then went in to the PARTS department to check on buying a dash insert for my current Wrangler. I stood in front of the PARTS desk with the guy behind the desk talking on the phone for 20 minutes. While he was on the phone, he never once looked at me or acknowledged that I was there or that he wanted to assist me. I guess this dealership sells enough vehicle and/or parts that they don't need any more customers. This is the WORST customer service that I have ever received at ANY dealership I have ever gone into. I will NEVER be back.
I also find it very hard to believe they have so few of ratings of 1 out of 5 stars as they are showing with such POOR service as they showed me today!!!
