Service was great from the beginning. I received a text message appointment reminder. When I arrived, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I did not even know I had insurance, but when I arrived, they informed me they had done research to find my insurance--What a surprise--my exam and glasses were covered in full. Dr Chavana performed my exam, explaining all the options to improve my vision--Lasik, bifocal contacts and progressive lenses. The staff was very knowledgeable about lenses and frames. I picked up my glasses today and very happy with the results.
