Review content:
Ordered my new Hyundai in Feb., salesman was let go from Patrick and my order "floated" around until March until my new car was finally delivered. The Sales Manager called to let me know the vehicle had arrived, but the price was increased by $300+ from the agreed-upon price. The Sales Manager had a "take-it or leave-it" attitude. I was ready to leave-it, but wife was tired of waiting (and grandson had been promised my then-current vehicle.). The sales manager later called, after having re-discovering his negotiating skills, and we agreed to meet in the middle, although still more than the contract price. The day I took delivery, I was subjected to an hour-long presentation on the various additional options and up-sells that I was not interested in, but the salesman did his job by going on-and-on-and-on, attempting to maximize the transaction.
Shortly after taking delivery, wifey lost one of the proximity keys (of which Hyundai only allows 2 to be active - WTF???). Patrick wanted $300.00 to replace. Broadway Hyundai, Green Bay, wanted $200.00. Wanna' guess who sold the proximity key...?
The vehicle is safe, great handling and all-around a good drive. Unfortunately, the post-deposit transactions left me with a less than positive taste in my mouth for Patrick Hyundai.
