The shock of finding out I needed a whole new system was very overwhelming. Rusty explained everything to me and in the process helped me to understand the savings that I would get with a new unit. He was very informative and a pleasure to work with. He did all that he could to make sure that my overwhelming feelings were put to rest. The technicians that came to install the unit were very professional and a pleasure to have in my home. They answered all my questions, explained how everything worked and in my opinion went above and beyond what I had expected. Meeting the owner of the company really put my mind at ease, it made me feel like I was important to them. I would recommend Schmidt Mechanical to my family and friends.
