Absolutely horrible experience with Incredible Concrete Floors. We bought our own materials (Mapei Ultratop) and paid lots of money for installation in our home, unfortunately the workmanship was terrible - sloppy and careless - and despite the fact that Jeremiah Tyler (owner) acknowledged the problem areas, he would not make any effort to rectify the issues. His work devalued our home: newly stained trim throughout our home is now damaged by concrete, our new teak vanity is damaged with concrete, concrete spatters are all over our freshly painted walls, our newly refinished wood floors also have concrete on them.
In a couple of rooms, the Mapei cracked and popped up off of the subfloor; Jeremiah Tyler alleges that this is the fault of a poor subfloor, but other contractors and a Mapei representative say this is not the case. When we asked him to come fix the failing floors, he claimed that Mapei Ultratop had been discontinued. I am not a contractor, but I sourced the Mapei in 3 phone calls. I mention this to illustrate that Jeremiah Tyler is dishonest. He did come to do repairs in these rooms, but would not perform the repairs as promised, which was pulling up and replacing entire floors, he merely chipped out small areas and overlaid them; they promptly failed, of course.
We had an appointment for him to buff our floors prior to our move (before furniture was on said floors), he stood me up, just never showed up and left me waiting in an empty home with my toddler until 6:30 in the evening. On several occasions, Jeremiah Tyler arrived late to appointments - scheduled to show up at 9, didn't show until 10 or later), no apologies, no reason, just disrespectful and unprofessional.
If you are considering hiring Jeremiah Tyler, ICF, Incredible Concrete Floors, please heed my warning and don't do it -look at photos on my yelp and Yahoo Local reviews to see the quality of work you can expect; after all, a picture is worth a thousand words.
