Like one of the other reviewers said, Langley should be your first and only call. He was recommended by a friend when I called him a few years ago to repair my old garage door. Turns out it only needed a spring adjustment and lubrication. He also attached a new gasket at the bottom of the door and gave me some maintenance tips.
Recently he did a complete replacement of the garage door and opener, for a very fair price and I couldn't be more pleased. The result is great, was accomplished very quickly, and he was helpful in obtaining the materials. He knows everything you could expect about every kind of door and opener, and is a pleasure to work with.
I don't text, but had no trouble contacting him on the phone or email.
