Rusty Cain came out for the initial visit was to check out the A/C. It wasn't keeping up with the heat!! From the start, I was very impressed with his professionalism and overall thoroughness. He showed me all the readings. Added 3lb of R-12. Explained what he had to do. I asked about a New System. He asked all the right questions, Did all the measurements, the Attic as well.
He got on the phone and within an hour I had a very complete and detailed quote covering a variety of size appropriate options. The option we selected "Comfort Maker 3ton unit A/C and Heating." The price was competitive with other units. Mr. Cain coordinated the install date with us, "next day installation." Next day the crew got here early (as Rusty said they would), put up the appropriate city permits (which Air Systems had pulled), laid down drop cloths to protect our flooring/carpets, and got right to work. By four in the afternoon the unit was up and running and by 6:30 PM the crew had completed the install and done a fantastic clean up job. I scheduled the city code compliance inspector to come by the 7th Aug..
