New Creations just finished an amazing remodel of our kitchen and family room. The entire process, particularly the finished product, far exceeded our expectations. Roy is a joy to work with, and his design assistant Erin gave us fabulous ideas. Roy really means it when he says ""how can we serve you""? Roy kept in touch with us almost daily through email, phone or text, and was never too busy to discuss our needs. Any anxiety we had starting the project dissolved as we realized Roy and his team’s main concern was making sure we loved our new spaces – and we do!!\r
We have now been working in our new kitchen for almost a month and I love it more every day. Small issues discovered have been addressed immediately though the project is ended – something I have not experienced before. When we remodeled our master bath several years ago, we were never able to get the contractor to come back and fix pretty big issues and ended up having to hire someone else. \r
The entire team at New Creations is professional and takes great pride in their work. Apollo Is the master of all trades- there is nothing that man can't do. James, Greg, Gerardo, Wes and our wonderful painters - thank you!!! \r
