Horrible customer service! No one seems to know what they're doing! The attitude of everyone is miserable and even more so when their skills are questioned. "Shaky mike" is great at beard trims but everyone else there can not follow your wishes and will cut it how they would like. Sent my husband and son on their own and my husband lost 2 years off his beard (not his wish) yet no other asked trimming was done and they didn't go as short as he would like on his head. They refused to go any shorter. My son! Ugh! We shaved his head as soon as he got home! Thanks for ruining his hope of having "his hair cut" now I'm never going to get him to go again. Stay away from this place and beware!! The barber college could of done WAY better! Beware! BEWARE!!!
