Review content:
We rented a Budget truck from Tune Tech on State St. on Saturday afternoon. They ""conveniently"" marked on their paperwork that the truck was checked out at 11:59AM (it was actually well into the noon hour). I SPECIFICALLY asked what time we needed to have the truck back the next day and a guy that worked there, named Frank, said ""normally it's the same time the next day, but since it's Sunday we won't even be here, so it doesn't really matter"". The next day we had a little bit more unloading to do, but we weren't in any hurry since Frank told us it didn't matter what time the truck was returned. We dropped the truck off Sunday afternoon around 2. I checked my bank account the next day to see what we were charged, and my card was charged $150 on Saturday, and then $201.52 on Monday! My husband called them and they said that they had the truck checked out at 11:59am, and since it was 2pm (it was now PM and not AM) they could charge for a whole additional day! That means the insurance again, the dolly again, the fees again, etc. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Rent a UHAUL, we will from now on...
Cons: They lie to your face and steal your money... pretty big con I'd say!
