I found these reviews today simply because I was looking for their number quickly. I have had Le Boeuf services for a number of years now and today I called to cancel only because I am personally trying to cut costs by recycling at my town transfer station. \r

In the years I have used Le Boeuf I can't recall any issues and I have thrown away many things. The few times I was charged for extra bags was when I had excessive extra contractor bags. Further, when I started recycling locally my trash for pick up needs cut way down and they were more than helpful in reducing my service to accommodate. I went down to every other week for a lesser cost.\r

I am now pinching pennies and that is the only reason I cancelled today. They did not give me any issue with cancelling and only asked if he could inquire as to why I am cancelling.\r

I can't speak on contracts because I don't remember signing one and they didn't bring it up today.
