I was only able to give Saul 5 stars... I want to give him 6.
He's got a great looking website with a section for online e-mails. This is important to me because I work nights and I was able to send him an e-mail . I told him when I would be free, and I told him to contact me when he was available. And he did. Promptly. He was friendly when he called, told me when he would show up, and he was on time.
He jumped to work as soon as he showed up. He was very friendly and personable, gave me advice on how to extend the life of my garage door opener, and did a good job. The door now works better than it did when we bought the house 9 years ago.
I asked him how much he would charge to upgrade my garage door, and his quote was very reasonable. He is my go-to guy for garage door repairs now.
