How horrible is Flood Pros? Let me count the ways. Incompetence does not even begin to describe the worthless, nature of this company. A job that was supposed to take a few days turned into multiple weeks. The entire job had to be redone more than once and when they were finally finished, our water problem was worse than before! Bill has zero management skills over his employees. They tell him something is done and he takes their word for it. Then, when you challenge him to look at the job for himself, he gets irate and belligerent. Also, the way in which he treats females is beyond professional. He tries to bully his way and yell at females and treats the men involved in the job entirely different. At the end of the day, this company makes money by betting that no one will go under the house or have the job inspected to see if it was done correctly. One of the worst experiences of my life and now I have to find someone to redo the job. Please save yourself from this worthless mess. One star because zero was not an option!
