I called this company at 2 pm, my refrigerator had just stopped cooling and everything was still cold inside. The technician stated that he would be out today and would give me a call ahead of his arrival. At 6 pm I called and noone answered, and noone came. So i started to call around and found another company who could come out first thing in the morning, now that it was six it was after hours for most all repair companies. I received a call saying that we are on our way to repair your refrigerator at approx 9am. The other company arrived and repaired my refrigerator. Then I hear a knock on the door, it was Abbys Appliance repair team an older clean cut indian man and an old wirey white man. They related that they were the ones who called, an hour and a half before to let me know they were on the way. So they didn't show up on the day they promised, gave a (20 minute call ahead) and showed up an hour and a half later...still on the wrong day. Then got a little mad that someone else had already done the job. Had I called someone else my frozen food might have been saved. Cant speak of the quality of their work because they never did any. BIG thumbs down on them for their lack of timely response, and for not even answering the phone or returning the call when they didn't show up.
