Review content:
All of a sudden, we had loud gurgling sounds when flushing the toilet in our guest bathroom. I was also smelling a faint fecal odor...called Wallner's. They responded immeditately and with excellent service. Sean was at my door within a few hours as scheduled...I have no complaints other than I wish I would have Googled the title of my review prior to calling. He took one look at my bathroom, asked how long it had been since my shower had been used (water run). I stated 6 months or more, he turned the faucet on, ran for 15 seconds, flushed the toilet, and voila...no more gurgling. He then explained that in the extreme heat here, the P-trap in tub had partially dried, thus causing the sound. He recommended running the water occasionally when not in use regularly or putting anti-freeze in the drain. I researched after he left, and the first thing that came up was a dry P-trap. He was here and gone in less than 10 minutes and I am incredibly thankful that it was nothing more serious...but I could have saved myself a $100 house call, ugh!
