We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. Their customer communication and customer service is less than to be desired. They sent someone over to clean our AC and heating units and replace the filters. He was here for 45 minutes and then said he couldn't finish the job because he didn't have the filters. He said he would tell his boss, and would go pick up more filters and return within 2 days. We never heard back from them. When we called, they set up a day to come by. They never showed up. After another two weeks we called again and asked why they missed the appointment. The owner apologized and blamed his employees and said they would come right over. Someone did come over that day, to see what filters were needed (wasn't that the job of the first guy?). They said they would pick up the right filters and be back in 2 days. That was a week and a half ago. We called again and they said the filters were coming and that it would only cost us a few HUNDRED extra dollars (on top of the $360 they want to now charge us for coming out for 45 minutes of cleaning). I told them never mind, and that I'll purchase the filters on my own and to please refund our $500 deposit. He refused. At this point, they will not return our calls and in the final call they said we were trying to get ""free work"", that we are cheapskates and that they will not be coming by ever again. I can not recommend this company to anyone. Other owners in our building have also expressed frustration that they set appointments and no one ends up coming at all. I would be careful, and definitely not pay for work up front.
