My husband and I built our house 20 years ago and got burned very badly. Needless to say, we trust no one. So, we decided to put in a new AC system and I called this company with no intention of ever using them. Just wanted a fourth comparison estimate and information. \r Eric came to our house ON TIME and I told my husband I liked him. His response was ""You liked the contractor that ripped us off twenty years ago."" Well, true enough, until I didn't.\r So, to make a long story short, I researched the heck out of this company and told him that if he ripped us off, I would take serious action as I got the last contractor thrown in the slammer and that was no easy task.\r Eric always told us the truth, he never tried selling us a bill of goods, and he delivered 10 fold what he said with politeness, great crew, and great people at the office who now have an offer to come up to our place whenever they want for drinks or a meal.\r I LOVE this company and it makes me angry to see these bogus reviews from people that never used them. I highly recommend them. They were honest, never made me wait even a minute, were clean, polite and gave me a great deal with a thermostat thrown in for good measure.\r I hope they NEVER go out of business because I will always go back to them and will recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thank You Season Control for delivering every promise you made. By the way, the AC works like a charm. more

We have been without heat for 1 week ( during record settin cold in LA) despite 4 visits from a tech. Says there is nothing wrong with our $3500 heating unit, but all we get is cold air being pumped out. The unit has worked about 4 hours total since installation. 3 thermostats have been replaced and the company insists that the thermostat is the problem. The unit turns on, but we get nothing but cold air. Sounds like heater unit to me despite Season insisting there is no problem. Don't use this company. more

Would steer clear from these guys...had I seen these reviews earlier I would have saved myself a lot of money! Dishonest company. more

After some simple review we at Season Control would like to comment in regards to the few negative reviews on us. It's very simple (fake). If you click on each user to see there other reviews you will notice they seemed to attempt on making a review history all in 1 day and then a review on us. One goes as far as making negative postings on all surrounding companies accept for the one he must work for (shon). Please stop attempting to slander our company via on the web. TY more

We had our air conditioning and furnace replaced by Season Control Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. Their price was very competitive and the equipment they used were very good and professional. I would recommend them. more

It was a new construction, and we did have a few very small problems afterwards, but Season Control Heating and Air Conditioning came back for us a few times. Once everything settled, we seem to be doing fine. There were just some call backs I didn't think were necessary. Other than that, I was thrilled. I really like Shai, and he was very quick on the uptake of getting everyone out here. more

I've been a satisfied customer of Season Control for over 11 years and was surprised to read some of these bad reviews.\r From my experience with them, I can honestly say that they have a professional and knowledgable team that provides excellent service. \r They have installed and done repairs on my units. Their prices are reasonable, not the cheapest and not the most expensive but definitely worth the price for their service.\r It is always a pleasure to call a company that has the same employees that have been working there for years and know you and your history, that says something about them.\r I for one, highly recommend Season Control and will continue to refer them to family and friends. I suggest you give them a try and judge them for yourself.\r more

Amazing Staff Called in the morning and they came same day in the afternoon. Great service and highly recommended. Guy came in by the name of Mike and told me what was wrong as he took my heater apart. Feel a lot more educated now and thank Season Controls friendly staff and Mike. more

They are by far the biggest rip off I have ever seen. Do not use these crooks. About a year ago they sold me an air conditioner for about double it's legitimate price (i knew i was getting suckered, but i didn't realize how badly). It looked used when they brought it, but I assumed it might be too cynical. NOPE. it broke down within a year. so I called them this week to try to get it fixed, and on warranty, cause i assumed there was a warranty. Well, the idiot repairman tried to tell me that every part was on warranty except the one that was broken. Yeah, right!. he didn't even open the thing to look and see what was wrong, but just went by my description and told me some sorry story about how this model is known to brake down like this. Then he adjusts the settings, and tries to charge me $118. these guys are crooks, trust me. In the end he doesn't charge me cause i told him he didn't do a damn thing, so he tries to give me some idiotic excuse for why he can't fix the air conditioner that he never looked at, saying the parts were not available. but that he could fix it for $500 later if i wanted (remember, it is not on warranty). I told him i didn't want his ""help"", and asked him to leave. It turns out that when he was adjusting the settings, he flipped a switch that turned the heat off, so the machine was just blowing air. This guy had no clue what he was doing, a total moron. never use this HeatCool, they are total crooks!!! more

Their customer communication and customer service is less than to be desired. They sent someone over to clean our AC and heating units and replace the filters. He was here for 45 minutes and then said he couldn't finish the job because he didn't have the filters. He said he would tell his boss, and would go pick up more filters and return within 2 days. We never heard back from them. When we called, they set up a day to come by. They never showed up. After another two weeks we called again and asked why they missed the appointment. The owner apologized and blamed his employees and said they would come right over. Someone did come over that day, to see what filters were needed (wasn't that the job of the first guy?). They said they would pick up the right filters and be back in 2 days. That was a week and a half ago. We called again and they said the filters were coming and that it would only cost us a few HUNDRED extra dollars (on top of the $360 they want to now charge us for coming out for 45 minutes of cleaning). I told them never mind, and that I'll purchase the filters on my own and to please refund our $500 deposit. He refused. At this point, they will not return our calls and in the final call they said we were trying to get ""free work"", that we are cheapskates and that they will not be coming by ever again. I can not recommend this company to anyone. Other owners in our building have also expressed frustration that they set appointments and no one ends up coming at all. I would be careful, and definitely not pay for work up front. more

Never again. Their ad on the radio is BS. $99 to fix the problem and if they don't show up at your house in time, it would be free. That is BS. It took them two days just to get to my house after numerous call to their company. Like one of the user, thanks to they dicking around, I couldn't get more quotes from other plumbers. After reading all these review, it seems like they play a game where they will tell you that they are short handed and the plumber is still working on the job from a earlier appointment. DEFINITELY OVERPRICED!! The plumber also tried to fixed the leak underneath my kitchen sink but told me that it would cost $1000 to fix it. Guess what...I went to Lowe's this morning and bought new gaskets (under $5) and it is fixed. No plumbing experiences and I did this for under $5 and he quoted me that it would cost me $1000 to fix it. Bunch of thieves. Another user stated that the good reviews is either family or coworkers, I would definitely believe that. I would not recommend them to any one. Stay another from them. They are full of it. Pros: Never to use them again, ever. Cons: Over priced, never on time, full of crap. more

This company is a very unprofessional, they took my money and promised promised and never did anything. I even think they used my money to put up their ""fancy"" website. They very snake like people will not do what they are paid for. WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE REALLY LOOKING TO HAVE SOMEONE HELP YOU, NOT JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. They never took care of my problem and now I am paying more than they took to fix it. OK so I hired these knuckle heads to unplug my showers. 2 weeks later it's backed up again. I didn't buy the insurance that they offer so they want to charge me again $99.00. The tech that came to unplug the the shower was more concerned about trying to get us to fix our water pressure for$ 3000.00These guys are crooks! Be careful! This company is falsely advertising. They say that the other plumbing companies base their pricing off of the kind of car the customer drives and that is why they can't give a price over the phone. more
