Review content:
I have lived in many apartments being that I have recently separated the military. The Villas was the absolute worst. I moved out in two months. The community claims to be gated, but the gates NEVER operated properly. They were constantly left wide open for random people to enter. Criminal Activity Notices were posted on my door stating that the activity took place on their property. I was followed multiple times by men asking if I had a boyfriend and one asked me if I lived alone. I was followed by a man in the early evening while I was taking my trash to the dumpster. Their "security" personnel was no where to be found during these times. I couldn't bare to sleep there due to the fact that I lived alone and every time I left to go to the gym in the morning (before work which was still dark outside) there was ALWAYS some man by my stairs just standing there. The front desk told me to "just be careful". I wouldn't recommend this to anyone at all ESPECIALLY those that live alone and anyone with kids. Lastly, if you like paying for a pool that is constantly "waiting for a part so it isn't accessible yet" then this is the place for you.
