Review content:
I've been a member at this 24 hour fitness for years. Although we hardly use it, today I tried to put my 2 year old in the child care facility. The staff consisted of 1 check in lady (older) who was as friendly as a drill Sergeant. Then, there were 2 other women there who each held a small child (sick never the less, which is against their policy). To make a long story short, I was called to pick up my child, because she was crying. I was there not even a minute after the announcement to find my child crying uncontrollably without any of the staff consoling her or even being near her. To my astonishment they were in the same position as I left. So I stayed with my daughter for about 30 minutes to comfort her and the staff remained on their butts in the same position for the whole duration. Nobody and I mean nobody observed the toddlers. 1 was crying in the corner for a while and nobody even noticed. Another little girl got hurt and once again nobody noticed. This was an absolute horrif
