These guys will rip you off!! Easily ANGERED - ILLEGAL ACTIVITY\r NEEDED POLICE ESCORT TO GET OUR VEHICLE BACK!!!!!!\r \r I brought in for an oil leak on a 12' box truck with only 43,000 miles\r 3 times in a row, and they couldn't fix it within 5 to 6 months.\r 4th leak happened abruptly while driving, and engine seized.\r \r we towed the vehicle to draco, they didn't even look into it for a weak.\r after calling for answers over a 2 to 3 week period, STEVE and DAVE told us\r to come pick up the truck and there's nothing they can do. They said, the leak\r had nothing to do with their service and the truck is dead. \r \r I've paid them with a corporation credit card about 6 times for the oil leak and other services.\r \r THis instance, we owe them around $400 for towing and checking where the oil leak is from, I was hoping for a repair. We told them we are sending a tow truck to pick up the vehicle and we will pay the balance due on our company credit card. That's when DAVE lost it. He said, "" you are going to pay cash"" We told him the company doesn't pay in cash, and we need a receipt and documented of services rendered. \r \r Dave said, ""your going to pay cash, your not getting a receipt and we are not documenting services rendered. You can either pay cash or we will impound your vehicle! We have the right to impound it and we will do it"" Dave raised his voice and stayed adamant about being paid in cash or else. We were threated with impounding by choosing to pay with a CC. \r \r Steve got on the phone, and said he has all these problems in his life and he doesn't have time for this sh*t. He said he doesn't trust us and will only take cash and that's it. He went on about how long he has been in business and how he isn't going to tolerate our abuse. All we did is take the truck to him, asked for a repair, and tried to pay. \r \r Both gentlemen appear to be nice and service oriented, but when you bring a truck back to them 3 times in a row for the same problem and you bring it back the 4th time for repair for the same problem, they loose their mind. They Know they are at Fault and are trying to avoid any documentation for faulty service.\r \r A true test to a company is how the manage problems. This company and its 2 owners realize they are the problem and try to make the customer to seem like the bad guy. It appears they are under financial strain. A company under financial strain can't afford to honor mistakes. \r \r This company has no HONOR. WE HAD TO GET A POLICE SAFE STANDBY ESCORT FOR OUR EMPLOYEES JUST TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND TO SAFELY GET OUR VEHICLE AND A RECIEPT.\r \r DONT BE A FOOL.....PLEASE PLEASE DONT BE A FOOL...\r I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY WITH MY WORK VEHICLE. AFTER MANY FAILED REPAIRS AND A BLOWN UP ENGINE, I HAD TO BUY A NEW VEHICLE RIGHT AWAY, The new vehicle put me back $12,000. plus around $4000 for all the failed services provided by draco. I found a new truck center to service my vehicles in sand diego. I WISH I NEVER EVER EVER WENT THERE.
