Happy I called, happy they came.. happy with the end results of the carpet cleaning. One of the best carpet cleaning companies in the LA area by far!! I called them about a week a go to make an appointment I needed my carpets cleaned asap, I was moving out and in order to get my deposit back the carpets needed to be cleaned.
I really didn't have a lot of many since I was moving out and well all my money was going to the movers and the new place. I called this company because #1 they have good reviews and they were local. ( I like to keep my business locally)
The lady that answered was very sweet, took her time to me and was able to give me a rough estimate! I thought it was very fair. I had them come out right away!!
The tech came out and he was very polite, knew what he was coming out to do was able to give me the price before starting any of the work, and definitely gave me what I thought was a very fair price.
They finished the job, it was done right and some of the stains I was worried about eliminated they did!! I was soooo happy!
