NEVER ever recommend it to anyone. The rent is about 15% higher when you add in all the utilities and charges. Cheap quality, poor service, and the office staff is really TERRIBLE. They seem being very nice to you at the beginning but later don't care for you - they lose forms you bring in, answer rude to your request or questions (if ever answer), as well as they never show up to appointments you make. None showed up for a pre-inspection meeting and I was waiting for 90 minutes for the check out inspection. \r
However, security guys do a good job.
