I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I'm going to start at the beginning of this nightmare. We moved sight unseen from MS (internet) & told that ALL utilities would be on & we could swap into our name that Friday afternoon that we rolled into town. That was a lie!! We had no gas until late Monday so no way to have hot water for a shower, wash & dry our clothes, no stove to cook & were told to just use the gym to shower. Great! But moving in, it wasn't cleaned AT ALL!! Had greasy black footprints from the front door all through the apt into the master bath. kitchen was dirty, no tub spout, missing door handles, window screens bent, garage was nasty, balcony doors scratched by obviously a big dog...I could go on but you get the point. Took 3 weeks and a ton of complaints to finally get our carpet cleaned. Fixed some of the stuff promptly but never fixed window screens, after 6 months slapped some paint on one set of balcony doors that didn't match. Crappy parking, loud neighbors, miserable the entire time. If we had another option we would have never moved in. But anyway, we finally get to move out & paid $965 in deposit for that crap only got $351 back. We had carpet cleaned by Stanley Steamer, I spent 2 days spit shining it to try to get most of our deposit back. Had pre-inspection, guy was impressed at how nice it looked & told me to be sure all blinds were clean so I spent more time cleaning to make sure all was perfect. Got charged $75 for cleaning (was none to do), $25 for the screens that they never fixed, $65 for more carpet cleaning, $50 for repairing nail holes (we bought filler & did that too) and $227 for water, trash & sewer (back billed they said). Called & complained, too bad so sad was the attitude of Rita that is corporate for Prominence. Don't move here!!!! Horrible horrible experience!!! Lying, thieves that will rob you blind. BBB is my next stop. I wish we had been warned. WARNING - DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!
