We walked in without an appt, and Steve approached us and after a lot of deliberation, we came back the same day and bought our car. Steve was able to walk us through every step along the way and was patient, answered all of our questions, made us feel comfortable and taken care of, like we were his top priority! He heard us, listened to our needs and what exactly we were looking for and was able to meet every single one of our requests and needs. He made the whole experience really great! He is personable and really genuine. We truly appreciated our entire transaction with him and the Capital Ford family!
