Review content:
I called up to renew my service contract and they sent Adan out to check out the AC unit for the summer. I remembered him from last fall's heater inspection. He is always courteous and has a good sense of humor. He offered some recommendations, which we will probably follow through on in the fall. As usual, he was quick and efficient and on his way after storing the paperwork in a sleeve on the unit door. Looking forward to seeing him again when the heater inspection is scheduled for later this year.
