To start with, when I called for my service appointment, the person on the phone had superior customer service and was very informative to the process by which the plumber would be coming to my home. When the two plumbers arrived, they quickly determined my kitchen plumbing issue and provided me a detailed explanation of the problem at hand and what the solution(s) would be. They then went over the exact upfront pricing of the services required to correct my plumbing issue. They were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Al's Plumbing and I would certainly call them the next time I require plumbing repair.
