I went to Ray Skillman NE Mazda last weekend to look at the vehicle my husband suggested we purchase. After talking to Harry and investigating the car I needed I felt comfortable applying for the vehicle. I didn't feel pressured or annoyed, Harry was so friendly and fun. I had no problems giving them my keys for an estimate, and found they gave me a fair value for my trade in vehicle. Harry understood my needs and while we were discussing the details he encouraged me to look at my finances and make sure I was doing what was comfortable for me, which allowed me time to consider the offer. That ""no pressure"" tactic made a big difference, compared to another car dealership, which tried to pressure me into a car the weekend before! I am thrilled with my Mazda, and I know for a fact that it was the most affordable option for us, and it's brand new! I would recommend anyone stopping in at Ray Skillman talk to Harry for great service, and a positive attitude!
