Review content:
I have taken many animals to many different vets in my lifetime. When my 14-yr old Gordon Setter, Duke became incapacitated; incontinent & unable to walk, I took him, upon my new mother-in-laws recommendation to Story Rd Animal Hospital. I had watched my old friend deteriorate over the course of several days to the point where it was clear pain was entering the picture. With my mind made up (at least on the surface) and a tear in my eye, my wife, her mother and I went to the hospital. Dr. Peterman & his staff could not have been more comforting. Duke, head resting on his 'baby', surrounded by familiar sounds & smells, looked into my eyes with love & 'understanding' and slipped away.
