I had some issues with e-bay and instead of calling me to inform me of the issues the bank decided to deactivate my card with out notifying me while i was on vacation ... OUT OF STATE. had no way to get money or anything and when i called to figure out the problem they told me i would have to come in to talk to someone and refused to activate my card to continue spending my money to get home. left high and dry! not too classy.
