I was really in a time crunch and needed to move in like ASAP. They processed everything and let me know the next day. I have a pet and paid the deposit and they were upfront about the property. The paper stated everything that I seen that was wrong with the property. I have been living in this rental for almost a year and now have to relocate. I call them every time I need something fixed and they do so within the next day or two. They seem very nice and great to work with. I have seen some horror stories on here, but with reviews you get the people that love it and the people that hate it, not the people that are like me. I hear that most people do not get their deposit back with most rental places so I don't fully expect mine back even though it will be in the same condition I left it in. I still have over a month so I don't know how that process goes for me ending my lease. They ask like others to have the carpet professionally cleaned esp since I have a house dog. There is nothing really negative to say. I will post on here again when I move out.
