I walked into store on Dec 25, 2008. They give me a very fair repair evaluation but also give other option so I even don't have to repair my notebook. I saved $300 dollars!\r

P.S. They have a great selection of used notebook with price range $200 - $700. You can get from Dell to MacBook. So if you don't have burget but still need a notebook, their store will be a better option than you buy an used one online.
Pros: Close to subway station. A great store
Cons: Nothing to complain.
