planet Mitsubishi claims that they will only sell their cars to you with their certification plan, whenever you ask about the price , or want to buy one of their cars. planet Mitsubishi certification (CPO)service program plan is an unpromising guarantee, with no intentions to honor the certification that you purchase with the car.They use it to raise the price on their used cars and sneaky tactics to cheat the customers out of as much as they can get, with out doing anything for their customers.
