Businiess name:  Firestone Complete Auto Care

Review content:
Purchased a set of tires from TireRack and had them drop-shipped to this Firestone location for installation. When I dropped off the car I asked them to also fill up the spare tire. Installation was done a few hours later and I picked up the car. As was said before, they do try to upsell you which is rather annoying.\r \r When I got home I noticed that the cover on the spare tire (mounted to the back of the car) was missing. When I called the manager, he claimed that there was no cover when I dropped off the car and basically sent me on my way with a ""Too bad."" I suspect that they broke the cover when they took it off to inflate the spare, but since I have no proof this is a ""I say, they say"" situation.\r \r So basically my advice is to not go to this store since they do not take ownership of their mistakes, but if you do feel that you must go there, take pictures from all sides of your vehicel so that you can document what and how you dropped off. Personally, I will not go back to this location.
