DISGUSTED!!! This is for David's Bridal Ingram Heights, San Antonio, Date of Review April 5, 2014 NOT a year ago like this review site is saying!! This review is for APRIL 5, TWO THOUSAND AND FOURTEEN!!!!\r
Do not go here!!!!\r
They tell you one thing, you buy their dresses, and then they change what they told you. \r

Prepare to have alterations take a month and prepare to be called telling you ""to come pick your dress as soon as possible as we don't have the room to store it""......and you rush down there and are then told, ""no your dress isn't in yet, we're not sure who called you""\r

My bridesmaids haven't been getting calls to tell them their dresses are in and my bridesmaids have been proactive calling David's Bridal to check status---only to be told they aren't in.....and yet---they are in fact in....David's Bridal rep came out from the back with some and yet my bridesmaids are being told they aren't in! What a crock!\r

Our experience before making the purchase wasn't any better. That should have been an indication of what is to come, but we were trying to give the benefit of the doubt. The day of our initial appointment at David's Bridal at Ingram Heights San Antonio was complete and utter chaos! We had girls that needed dressing rooms, had questions for our saleslady who more often than not were no where to be found and then we'd get false info when she did answer a question, \r
This place is ridiculous! Avoid it at all costs. AND as it stands now, the wedding is just around the corner and there are 5 girls still without dresses in yet! That is ridiculous seeing that we ordered these 5-6 weeks ago.\r

We came here only for bridesmaids and flower girl dresses and boy do we regret regret regret!
