We received 3 bids for replacing some carpets and floor tiles with engineered hardwood. New Era’s bid was well written and detailed. David, the owner, seemed very pleasant to deal with and his price was very competitive. We also picked him because his company had a lot of positive reviews online. Certainly when the job was done, they lived up to their good reputation. They showed up on time every day and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. Overall, they were all very pleasant to deal with. We are planning on hire them again to remodel 2 bathrooms for us as well as getting them to do a few other odd jobs here and there. We highly recommend them to any home owner who is in need of home improvements as they are capable of doing variety of tasks from landscaping to roofing and everything in between. We give them 5 stars with no reservations at all!\r
