Very poor experience!! Called this company to repair a problem with a high end residential unit that was less than one year old. The repair man showed up and confirmed that there was a problem, This costing me close 100 dollars, as if I didn't know that already, I was told it was a warranty issue. A sloppy half ass repair was done that didn't last, with the promise that they would contact Lennox. After me having to calling Gulf Coast to find out the status, they told me they would charge over 200 to repair the unit because they were not the installing dealer. Sounds like an HVAC scam to me. Be very cautious if you have to deal with this company for any reason!!
